🤍 Gown Hire Terms & Conditions
Hiring a gown from us means stepping into luxury — without the pressure of buying. To make everything smooth and clear, here’s what you can expect from our process:
📅 Booking & Payment
A non-refundable booking fee is included in your total hire price and secures your gown.
A $100 refundable bond is required with every hire. This is returned once the gown is safely returned and inspected.
A $50 dry cleaning fee is added to all hires. We take care of this through our trusted external bridal cleaner.
Bridal gown hire prices range from $200–$500, depending on the piece. Couture gown hire prices range from $400–$1000.
✂️ Tailoring & Fit
All tailoring is done in-house, ensuring your gown fits you perfectly.
External alterations are not permitted.
A fitting is required before your event to finalise any adjustments.
⏳ Hire Period
Gowns are hired for 2 days (48 hours), unless otherwise arranged.
Late returns incur a $50 per day late fee, which will be deducted from your bond.
🧼 Dry Cleaning
We handle all cleaning externally with a professional bridal dry cleaner.
Please do not attempt to clean the gown yourself — the $50 cleaning fee covers this service.
Please note: Fake tan is not permitted while wearing our gowns. A cleaning or damage fee will apply if fake tan is found on the garment.
💍 Care, Damage & Returns
Gowns must be returned in the same condition they were received, aside from minor wear.
Significant stains, damage, or missing accessories may result in repair costs or full loss of bond.
The $100 bond is refunded within 3–5 business days after the gown passes inspection.
Gowns must be returned in their original garment bag, with all included accessories.
❌ Cancellations
Cancellations within 7 days of your hire date will forfeit the hire fee.
Cancellations made earlier may be eligible for a partial refund or credit, at our discretion.
📦 Responsibility
You are responsible for the gown from the moment it leaves our care until it is returned.
Please store it in a clean, safe place, and do not attempt any alterations, cleaning, or treatments on your own.
